Excellent: Second-hand items that have minimal signs of wear. They are well-maintained, and items like shoes may have light sole scuffing from limited use. Leather goods might display very minor wear signs or none at all.

Very Good: These are also second-hand items that are well-maintained but show more signs of wear compared to those in excellent condition. This includes light scuffing on shoe soles or leather, minor scratches or scuffs on leather goods, and evidence of wash wear in clothing.
