Details: A rare vintage Chanel sautoir from the early 1980s, a true collector's piece. It is strung with grey baroque glass faux pearls with a pearlescent coating, typical of Chanel costume jewellery, separated by small gold-tone spacer beads. Oval gold-tone stations stamped with the CC logo are set along the strand. A round Chanel CC logo tag, the style of hallmark used on early 1980s pieces, hangs from it. It is long enough to wear as a single long strand or doubled.
Size: Drop length 78 cm (total length 156 cm), faux pearls approx. 1 cm, CC stations 2 cm x 1.5 cm.

Condition Comments: The condition is good to fair, consistent with its age. Some of the pearl coating has worn away on the beads, as shown in the photos. This isn't noticeable when worn, but can be seen on close inspection. The gold-tone stations and spacer beads show some age-related wear and tarnishing. This is a rare collector's piece, and it has been fully authenticated by Entrupy. It's age and condition are due to it's vintage and are reflected in the price.
